Return Policy:
All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, see below for what to do.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great care packaging your items so that they arrive safely. However, things happen that are out of our control. Please save all packaging, packaging materials, and the damaged item as we may need to provide this to carrier or insurance company. For prints, contact us with pictures of packaging and damaged items so that we can send you a new print ASAP. For original fine art please, contact us for specific instructions.

I don’t see the size print I want; can I request a specific size?
I’ll be happy to see if a specific print can be printed in the size you desire. Just send me an email with the details, and I’ll see what I can do. Please keep in mind that for a print to maintain its integrity, it must be the same aspect ratio – I will let you know if it isn’t and suggest a size as close to the requested size as possible.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we are only shipping original artwork within the US. If you would like to make a print purchase to be shipped outside the United States, contact us, and we will see if we can fulfill your request.

Who owns the rights to your artwork?
All original artwork and prints are sold under copyright and are the property of Emily Haygood Fine Art and may not be reproduced or distributed in any way. Even after the sale of an original piece, Emily Haygood Fine Art retains the copyright and can sell prints and other products with the artwork image.
